Health Expo Registration and Pay Link

The date for the Spring Health Expo is April 18 from 9 am to 2 pm. Please stay for the entire time!! We have events that afternoon that many seniors will attend, and if you leave early, they will miss your booth. 

Return the attached registration form with your payment no later than April 7. The amount is $25 per table and is due at the time of registration. You can mail it, scan it and email it, or deliver it in person. Thank you for your participation. We are excited about this event!

If you would like to teach a session or class, please contact me as soon as possible so we can spread the word about our workshops. 

You can pay in person, by mail, or at this link, but if you pay online, be sure to email your registration form.
